staff has a horrible attitude :(. i walked in and nobody greeted me even tho there were 2 workers right at the door… i had to keep saying excuse me until they answered. then the person that answered just had this edgy tone and awful attitude and i was very confused bc i came in trying to donate my clothes and i was definitely friendly… idk vibes were totally off, i just left with four bags of clothes in my trunk bc im not giving yall my clothes if yall are gonna have an attitude with customers who are literally helping ur business… ✌️✌️ never coming here again and DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This was my first time in the store, and I think It's great! Certain things are a little pricey in my opinion, but overall it's nice to be able to get name-brand things a little cheaper. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Plato's Closet!

I’m highly disappointed with this place. I already felt discriminated walking in with a tote and box full of 19 jeans, 10 shorts and so many nice tops for the summer that I couldn’t fit anymore and got stared at and continuously asked my number when I was just trying to put 2 boxes of clothes down. I brought in so many good items that I took time to fold and neatly placed in the bin and box. I thought they would take most of my items considering how I folded them and most were named branded. Also from looking inside at what they had in store, I thought I had a good chance to get most of my items sold. I got a text after just less than 10 minutes of them sorting through a big bin and box full of shirts which I thought was way too quick to go through when there was good quality items. They only took 3 items out of over 50 different items which I was highly upset about it. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take at least the jeans and shorts I brought and I took over 2 hours yesterday sorting and folding these items just for them to only take 3. They were in good condition, had great quality, and were mostly named branded. I will not be going back to this location ever again to buy or sell items here. I felt very discriminated and discouraged from this experience. I don’t recommend at all.
