  Worst company I've ever done business with I gave 5 star to make sure people see the post Do yourself a favor a pay a little more for a different company They constantly aren't at appointments and have to reschedule and drive 30 minutes to an hour to another location They take weeks to handle important request They have 0 customer service Worst company I've ever dealt with, problems from the beginning to end

  I had an appointment scheduled with your Greenville office on Wednesday July 23 2025 for 3:30. I arrived on time only to find the door locked. I waited 20 minutes to see if anyone would open up. Needless to say no one did. I drove close to 50 miles round trip for nothing. No one phoned, no email,not anything from anyone. I know things can happen but this is ridiculous. I had to call and reschedule for July 25 at 3:15. No problem. I arrived on time and inquired about the the no show on their part. The employee there said that whomever was scheduled to be there on the 23rd was sent to another location laughingly. I didn’t find it amusing. I am scheduled for my next appointment on September 19th at 3:00. This location has no business phone which I find very odd. A text or or any other type of communication would have been appreciated. This is no way to conduct business in my opinion.

  The customer service is awful. If you ever have an issue with their out dated equipment and you will....good luck getting any help. Average wait time is over an hour. Their equipment has messed up and left me on the side of the road but they still charged me for a reset code even though it was no fault of my own and they knew their equipment was messing up. I highly advise going with another interlok company. The techs in the shop are knowledgeable and polite but even they know the equipment is junk and out dated. Shop around and go with another company or you will have a year of nothing but aggravation and them finding every way they can to charge you for every little thing that goes wrong. They honestly dont even deserve a one star review.
