  Please be cautious shopping here if you are a fuller-figured customer, as my experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. During my visit, an employee made inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward my sister regarding her body size. While my sister was looking at clothing, the employee questioned whether the size she had chosen would fit her and implied that she was "too big" for it. Comments like these are not only hurtful but also completely unacceptable from someone representing a company that promotes inclusivity, body positivity, and confidence for all customers.

  Their customer service is GREAT. I love buying clothes from here. I usually order online because it’s convenient for me, and the staff in the store will always help me if I come in and need to make an exchange or return. There is usually a young man working in the Greenville store (I don’t know his name), and he is always super nice and always willing to help. During Christmas, I was shopping for my boyfriend, and one of the girls that worked there helped me use my reward points and promoted their sales— I bought over $50 worth of clothes that day and only spent $12 out of pocket thanks to her. The store is always kept neat, and they do an awesome job with merchandising from a retail standpoint.
