I entered the shop before 6:00pm closing time just to get an exchange but as his phone alarm was for 6:00 he refused to help he said there is no phone number coming up I can't do anything I said I have a receipt and the card I purchased with. He said, " Sorry, can't do anything. I hope no one comes to this Sunglass Hut to waste their time. I have never experienced a salesperson like him ever. Very disappointed.
