  I had an absolutely incredible experience at Schiffman’s!! I really wanted to celebrate graduating with my doctorate last year with a Rolex but the whole process of obtaining one felt almost impossible. However, my sales associate Addi went above and beyond to help me secure my dream watch - the Datejust with mint green dial. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience feel truly special, especially since I also walked out of the store with a Tissot PRX! The best part about working with Addi is that she truly cares about working with you, creating memorable experiences, and making you feel valued. I will always be thankful for her time and effort and I will absolutely return as a repeat customer! I'm looking forward to visiting Schiffman's again soon!

  Angelica made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. I purchased a watch for my mom for Mother’s Day, and she helped me choose the perfect watch. My mom absolutely loved it. Angelica was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the process feel very special. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care throughout the purchase. Highly recommend working with Angelica if you’re looking for a great luxury watch buying experience.

  If you’re in town and have a need (or want) for some jewelry, I highly recommend asking for Addi here! I stopped in briefly to look at some of their timepieces and had a great experience with her. They even had a very hard to find titanium piece I’ve been searching for and was able to try on! Her customers are so happy, one of them came by and dropped off donuts while I was there (and of course she shared)!!! Addi’s also very prompt and supper accurate with her follow up! I look forward to coming back and will be sure to update this with pictures when my next watch comes in!

  Excellent place. It’s certainly one of the best places in NC to purchase a timepiece. The reps seem very knowledgeable and are very, very attentive. I’m giving a solid 5 star experience, because I know that they will literally spare no expense to get you the timepiece you want (provided they are licensed to) or get you information on the piece you’re interested in. However, not all reps here are the same. Some clearly prioritize closing over truly servicing a customer; and in a particularly haughty way. I cannot recommend Angelica or Misty enough. They’re made my experience very pleasant.
