  I recently purchased a watch at Schiffman’s. Addi McDonald assisted me and she was great to work with. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She is personable and I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her. I look forward to working with her on future transactions.

  I went in to get on the wait list for a couple Rolex watches, very tall order I know, but I had to try. I spent about 40 minutes with Allison trying on different models and creating a list of particular pieces I wanted and conversing about life in general. She ended up helping me pick out a gift for my wife while I was in there. I’d like to think I might get a call for a watch, but my common sense tells me it’s highly unlikely. Regardless of getting a call, I did have a really good experience in the store.

  My husband and I stopped by Shiffman's on Father's Day while we were in the area because we wanted to check out the store. After browsing for a bit, we had the pleasure of meeting Angelica. I tried on a few pieces, and she was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and gave us the space to simply enjoy the experience. We never felt rushed, and it made our first visit to Shiffman's such a memorable one. Although we didn't purchase anything that day, I absolutely plan on coming back to work with Angelica when I'm ready. I would gladly recommend both her and Shiffman's to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.

  I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Diver 300M from Shiffman’s Jewelers, and the entire experience was outstanding. Angelica was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided excellent communication, and made the purchase feel special from start to finish. The level of customer service was exceptional, and it’s clear that Shiffman’s values building long-term relationships with their customers. I’m thrilled with my new green Seamaster and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Angelica and Shiffman’s Jewelers to anyone looking for a luxury timepiece or fine jewelry.   I gave my Rolex watch to have my band exchanged. I explicitly told the sales associate to please tell the watch repair specialist to take care as there are many nightmare stories of scratches to watches happening during band exchanges. He assured me that this would get conveyed. 10 minutes later I was presented the watch and I immediately noticed scratches on the front and back of the watch. It was obviously from the band exchange as I took photos before and there were no scratches (this is a brand new watch). It seems that they did not cover the watch lugs when remove the band. This would have prevented scratches. I obviously complained and no remedy was offered. I appreciated the owner calling me the next day to apologize but my watch is damaged and they took my money for the band exchange. I was told the watch repair specialist had been working there many years but he made a very careless mistake on my watch. Additionally, I was told that they were about to remove the protection film (that I applied on my watch) bc of Rolex policy. They are not even aware of Rolex’s policies. That policy applies to film that comes from the factory. Not what is applied by the consumer.
