  I used to be a buyer for Plato's. every time I come to this store location to sell they never buy anything. Everything in the store needs to be updated style wise. They have many things overpriced. The workers are all super young and need to be retrained on what fashionable and sustainable items are.

  I came today shopping the 90% off clearance, even though i had SOOO many items the cashier, Hailey, was a trouper, she was so sweet, she had amazing customer service and seemed like such a kind soul!! I will definitely be coming back to this location, they had so many name brand items, even in the clearance section. #peace&love💕💕

  This time was good! Like any place that operates on what others bring in...some days great selection or days not so much. I called and asked about an item, it was located and put on hold for me. The associate was friendly and attentive.

  They made me wait 2 hours when they said it would take 45 minutes. They took 3 items out of the 5 bags I brought. Denied american eagle and north face and nike shoes. Seems like they pick based on the employees personal styles. Not a good way to run a business.
