Because you made one mistake in your lifetime they treat you like the scum of the earth. It is NEVER about the customer. Stay far away from this coming they are a bunch of crooks.
- TFTimothy FrittsJun 2, 20201.0This could take a while so bare with me Ok. When you have an issue you call in and nearly half the time they are rude and treat you like the town drunk. Then there are the customer service agents that have no idea what they’re talking about. On the other side they do have some good people. I’ve written a review before and quickly received an email saying that someone would be in contact with me. Six months later and I’m still waiting. Twice I’ve called to get someone to come to me to help me with faulty equipment. I was told both times that someone would get in touch with me to set up a time. Most recently 5 days ago. I’m still waiting for a call. I am nine months in with 0 positives. I can’t imagine the people that have brushed their teeth or used some mouthwash. They’re charging you $45 for that so you’ll get help quickly. Now if you’re looking for a company with good customer service, I mean you are paying them I’m not sure if monotech is the best or the worst but if I were you I would do better research than I did.
