I would firstly like to say that our photographer Jada was amazing, very kind and super patient with us the entire time. The other lady at the front with her named curtsey ? was very rude to us from the jump. She also made a lot of snarky comments towards Jada in front of everyone mentioning that she would lose her job because of something irrelevant which we found super uncomfortable and unprofessional. curtsey also gave us a very hard time with our appointment although we were on time. If we didn't have to deal with curtsey, this experience would have been 5 stars. Jada deserves a raise.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They were all so sweet and so knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning in the future!

- MPmildred pettyJul 16, 20261.0Today I was in the jewelry section jcp 4 season gso I go to check out and this salesperson Russell tells me I can go to the front of the store to check out and I said why he said he was busy mind you I am the only person in that section and before I got there he was busy talking to some other men so the more we talked I definitely see what the problem was so I asked him for his manager make a long story short I told her the situation and of course no response but I just wanted to make a point don’t judge who you want to wait on that’s your job and I definitely didn’t want to bring Race into it but Im sure this managet got my concern.JCP do better with your customer service!!!
