  I usually don’t leave reviews unless I had a genuinely bad experience, and unfortunately this was one of them. I preordered a Mother’s Day arrangement thinking it would make things easier and more convenient, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived for pickup, the wait time was unbelievably long for something that had already been paid for in advance. I can only imagine how difficult it must’ve been for customers placing orders in-store. After finally getting my arrangement brought to the front, I noticed it was missing the fruit letters that spelled “MOM” — something I paid extra for and one of the main reasons I chose this arrangement in the first place. I usually don’t complain when small mistakes happen, but since it was an additional charge, I asked for it to be fixed. That process alone took another 30–40 minutes. While waiting, the atmosphere in the lobby became frustrating enough that multiple customers started talking amongst ourselves about the poor organization and lack of professionalism. Once I finally received the arrangement, the presentation was disappointing. The plastic wrapping looked hastily and unevenly cut, and the chocolate-covered strawberries were soggy. Considering I spent nearly $100 as a broke college student, it was honestly embarrassing to gift to my mom. At that point, I didn’t even want to attempt a refund because of how chaotic and slow the service already was. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism from staff. Employees from the back repeatedly came to the front dressed in socks and slides, one person had broken Crocs with their foot visibly sticking out, and another employee was wearing a black hoodie covered in dog hair. Even the employees wearing hair nets had large sections of loose hair hanging out in the back, which did not give a clean or sanitary impression for a business handling food products. Overall, this experience completely changed my opinion of this place. I ordered here because I thought it would save me time and stress, but it ended up being the opposite. Thankfully, edible arrangements are simple enough to make at home, and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing next time. Save your money, save your time, and consider ordering elsewhere.

  The manager Eugene was extremely nasty & rude! These people never delivered the order & it was MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND!!! Was supposed to to be delivered on Friday!!! They had me call all weekend long & they only answered Monday after it’s over! They sent me tons of fake txts every 10 mins saying they attempted to deliver !! Had my family waiting by door all day Saturday!! I wish I could sue!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

  Horrible customer service. I waited over 5 minutes before any employee even came out from the back. I was only there to pick up an order, yet it still took more than 20 minutes. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of urgency or communication from the staff.

  I ordered for the first time today and it was awful. What I ordered to what was delivered looked nothing like the picture and looked as if my 3 year old niece could have done a better job. Needless to say I was so disappointed and will never order again. I really needed to brighten up my sister's day and I guess all the KALE they piled up in the arrangement was a good laugh. Never again will I waste my money on this business.

  If I could rate a store 0 stars I would. This has been the absolute worst customer service/ business experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order on Tuesday, May 5th for a Mother’s Day gift to be delivered for my mom today on Mother’s Day. Today came and I checked tracking throughout the day to see when it was marked as out for delivery. As of 6:30pm it still wasn’t even being crafted. I called twice, and no answer. Finally by 6:50pm it was finally updated to being crafted. I attempted to call again just to get more information, but still no answer. Around 7:15pm I decided to give it another shot and to my surprise someone answered. She informed me my order was ready & that they were just waiting on a delivery driver to pick It up. I thanked her and hung up figuring that wouldn’t take much longer. Well 7:50pm rolled around and it still wasn’t marked as out for delivery, so I called again and luckily someone answered. I asked if my order would still be delivered tonight even though their hours say they close at 8pm. She reassured me they stay open until all orders are delivered. I thanked her and hung up. Well it is now 9pm and no order has been delivered nor any updates on tracking to even say that it’s out for delivery. I have tried to call 3 more times since 8:50pm to now and no answer. I’m livid and disappointed in this service. What was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mom has turned into such a disappointment. We were left without a dessert for her special day because of this. I have requested a refund so we’ll see if that finally gets someone’s attention to actually help with this awful experience. I’ve bought from them in the past and never experienced anything like this, but this one experience was enough to make me consider never ordering from this store front again. UPDATE: it was finally delivered 10mins to 10pm, so I have to give credit to the lady who promised it would be delivered today no matter if it was after business hours. However, this doesn’t change my rating or opinion on the overall experience/ service. It was awful. We were all actively getting ready for bed- no company should be delivering something that late without a notice. If I had just actively ordered take out from somewhere this late that’s one thing, but to have a service you ordered almost a week in advance, and expect it to arrive before the business closes, not arrive until almost 10pm is not okay. Also, they never updated the tracking, so I had no way of knowing it was even out for delivery. I will still be pursuing a refund of some sort even if it is just a partial at this point due to actually receiving the arrangement.
