- MMMoChaAug 28, 20261.0It's my best friend's birthday weekend and I came to quickly try on an outfit... 1 sales associate has a long line... The other associate sits in the office area located in the front right hand of the store. She watches me and another customer stand at fitting rooms. I walk over (as she's finishing eating) and ask who can help me get into a fitting room. Without saying anything she points to the only associate working with a long line. Them this same associate clocks back in and goes to the register where the other associate is, turns her back to those standing and waiting and whispers to the other associate "they're waiting for me to open the fitting room but I'm not. Can you?" She's got her hands on her hips while the other associate is STILL ringing up other customers. I can put what I had on the counter and told her she is rude and left. I think I read a couple other reviews on how your customer service is. You all need to either hire associates that understand customer service or just shut up shop. There's no reason anyone should have to deal with someone that decided to work on that side of town but don't want to deal with the people of the community. How DARE you hire someone who thinks the community is beneath them.
