    I really appreciate Amanda. She is in jewelry but helped me check out when I was purchasing a bathing suit. She went above and beyond helping me. Was so kind and cheerful to all customers. Was very personable to the ladies in front of me in line who were picking out handbags and a dress for events. She got us all checked out very quick while also giving us all the time we needed for the process. 10/10 for her customer service and expertise. Maddie also came over and helped and was so kind to me as well. I really appreciate them. They treated me like a friend and had wonderful customer service. They are perfect examples of great sales associates.

    I just have to share how amazing Avery in the makeup department is! She really went out of her way to help me find the perfect foundation for a family event, and honestly, shopping with her felt like hanging out with a good friend. We had such a blast, and she made tons of great recommendations that I'm super excited to go back and check out! Avery is not only a talented makeup artist, but she has a real knack for figuring out what will give you the most flattering, natural look. If you're ever unsure about what products to pick or want to add some fabulous new items to your collection, definitely go see Avery! She's the best!

    Terrible service. None of the cashiers wanted to check you out. They weren't interested in dealing with you if you would not open a Belk credit card. One cashier was busy on their cell phone. Only saw two cashiers working at the back of the store. Several customers complaining about the same things. Simple questios they ignored you and rolled their eyes. Traveling to Greensboro to shop from out of town a disappointment to come this far to a store and be treated like this.
