The instruction was done fast, just the very basics. I dont view this as his fault, he needed more help from the looks of it.

Anyway, this last experience was so much better and Nathan was very attentive to all of my questions and the installation process went flawlessly and was very quick. Smart Start is also the cheapest way to go in Eastern North Carolina and gave me free installation and first month. They also let you check in every 30 or 60 days which works great with my work and school schedule. I was very pleased.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
