Products just don't look the quality I am used to having shopped Penney s since a child. Looks more like a second rate outlet store. Staff not really friendly. Some staff seem to wear gang associated paraphernalia. In the past nearly all my dress coats,shirts,shoes and casual wear I have purchased from Pennys. Mall security needs to see who is sitting in vehicles with all the windows tinted and black in color.
