This place is very put together!!! Super cute clothes, very excited for the grand opening as they aren’t selling, which I saw from the signs outside, along with the employees telling me. Very nice place!!

Not understanding some of the reviews for this locally owned business. This place is awesome. The team that works there is very friendly and outgoing. I love that they’re buying great items from the local community. I had a chance to look around while they looked at my items I brought in during their buy only period. PS there are signs everywhere that explain things…just have to stop and read!

if you’re looking to get degraded by people here’s your place!! my mother who doesn’t speak english went here and a worker snatched the clothes out of her arms that she had, i understand you’re not selling at the moment but you made my mother disappointed because no one could explain thoroughly why she couldn’t buy clothes, they simply took her things and my mother left. what amazing customer service you guys have already starting off on a great note! telling locals to NOT go here.

Great selection of quality items. Would have loved to buy items however they are not currently selling anything. There were no signs and I was there browsing for over 20 minutes, selecting quite a few items before being told this when I asked for a fitting room. There were no less than 5 people working who could have said something at any point. The lack of communication or even apology was quite disappointing and frustrating, honestly.

Not at all impressed. Was told I needed to drop off my donations & come back in 30-60 minutes. When I returned I was told unfortunately they couldn't use anything I brought in. That would be ok if I thought they took the time to look through each item, but EVERYTHING was folded EXACTLY the same as when I bought them in. Nothing looked touched. NOTHING. I've donated to Plato's closet in another state before & Never did I leave my belongings & come back. They always went through my donations in front of me. Very disappointed in this location.
