- CBCody Bennett1 day ago1.0DO NOT BUY GUNS HERE!!!!!! Mine came broken and they couldn’t help me!!! Because they are not an actual gun store!!!! Came right out of the managers mouth!!!! Wanted me to give back a 1200.00 rifle for two weeks for a 50 dollar site piece! Or told me to handle it myself. They are NOT a gun store! I spent all kinds of money here for customer service, don’t do it. You will not receive customer service!!!!!!!!! Order it yourself, save the markup. You will have to handle it yourself anyway if anything is wrong. I’d leave negative stars if I could. USELESS BIG BOX STORE!!!!! SHOP LOCAL!!!!!! I learned my lesson.

Cashier says that the sale is for club members only and I could save $50 if I did that. I reluctant agree. I fill out the forms and then I'm dragged to customer service counter and passed off to someone else. She starts ringing up my order and after some questioning she informs me that I won't receive any discount today. Scammy is all I can say, just to get customers hooked on their outrageous credit card. Especially for once good company that continues its downfall after being taken over by BPS. I left my items on the counter along with their "free" hat. I'll continue to spend my extensive hunting budget ANYWHERE but BPS.
