  Cabela Had my SxS for a month. I requested check from bumper to bumper and fix any problems. First thing I noticed when I picked it up, the 2 small side outer doors behind back seats that won’t stay up, never touched. Needed new tires, told they can’t get. Yet they have a parking lot full of same size SxS. So if you buy one from them you can’t get tires later if needed. Was told I have to find and purchase my own and have someone else install.

  Had a wonderful experience. Went in to buy a John boat. Got emerging i needed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Asked me several questions to ensure I had all the right equipment for what I was buying.

  I came in to get a fishing license after buying gear. The process was quick and easy, but the worker at the desk seemed annoyed and was sighing a lot. Her attitude came off kind of rude when I asked for help, she also made some unnecessary comments about how long the process takes even though it took maybe 5 mins. Everything still got done fine, just wasn’t the best customer service experience.

  We had such a great experience at Bass Pro Shops thanks to Jerry. He took a few minutes out of his day to stop and talk with us, and he was incredibly friendly, personable, and genuine. We love coming into the store as a family. Sometimes we stop in just to look at the fish with our kids, and somehow we always end up finding something we can’t live without! It’s such a fun and welcoming place. You can tell Jerry truly cares about customers and creating a positive environment in the store. It’s not often you come across someone who goes out of their way just to be kind and connect with people. He represents the store well, and we really appreciated his time and kindness!

  Our family has always enjoyed shopping here, but today they really made our day. We were wrapping up some birthday shopping for a family member, when one of the managers up front asked how we were doing. He noticed we were all wearing school shirts and we began talking. Our son shared he had competed in the special Olympics earlier in the day, and the manager was very kind and genuinely interested in talking with us about it, congratulating our son and encouraging him. As we were leaving he came up to our son and offered him a hat from their staff. It was amazing and such a gracious thing to do, our son appreciated it so much. I wanted to post this to just share how much it meant to us, and how this type of kindness goes beyond just selling products in a store, to really caring about people. Thanks Bass Pro Shop! 😊
