  For years i've spoke highly of this business from Jerry, to Sam, to Jordan all amazing customer service but in the last year i've received the worst customer service from this business messed up artwork, nonplaced orders, getting screamed at and falsely accused by managers yet i still returned because the owner said that he would make sure my experience improved. It declined and recently i wrote the owner and stated that i worried my printings and issues were coming back he simply gave me an email address and not to my surprise my issues were once again issues. I asked to speak to a manager waited over 20 minutes while he laughed and joked with a family member so i calmly left and asked if Paco could call me when he got free over a week later no call. But Diane that lady that called an verbally assaulted me last year when Mckinley lied to her about me, emailed me and told me to pay my bill that I allegedly refused the artwork for or talk to a manager. The same manager that was supposed to contact me over a week ago that i already asked could i speak too?? HE COULD CARELESS. I definitely have stood by this business for years especially as it has ties to my late friend Antonio and never had issues never had anything to say never had a problem with my work until McKinley she has a lack of customer service she doesnt listen and rather argue or say sassy stuff then successfully help a customer. I have proof of the disdain and poor customer service on her behalf the time and money wasted when the ball is in her court. Its simply sickening that anyone can be treated like this and the business simply not care. Family or not wrong is wrong and right is right.... if im promised a turn around and i alert you of a problem show more care than to ignore me. Disappointed in the manner in which im treated constantly

  I can’t say enough good things about Yellow Crayons! Every single time I’ve needed something done especially last-minute they have come through without fail. It honestly feels like they’re real-life superheroes the way they always make it happen. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and the quality, consistency, and customer service are always top-tier. What really stands out is their dedication. Even today, their printers were down, they officially closed at 6:00, and yet here they are still working hard just to make sure every customer gets their order. That kind of commitment is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and genuinely caring print shop, this is the one. They go above and beyond every single time. Highly, highly recommend!😀
