While he should have called me from your shop when you told him you replaced the lilies I ordered with fake ones, YOU should have called me when you replaced them. I specifically asked for real flowers for prom and was told the price I was paying was for real ones, even an up charge for the lilies. I did not pay for fake replacement lilies. Incredibly frustrated, and of course, prom is in a few hours. Why ask for my phone number if you don’t call me when something isn’t available? I get that flowers can arrive and not look good, but CALL to discuss the options. Don’t assume, and certainly don’t keep the up charge when you can deliver what was ordered.
