  My son just walked in from picking up prom flowers I had ordered. While he should have called me from your shop when you told him you replaced the lilies I ordered with fake ones, YOU should have called me when you replaced them. I specifically asked for real flowers for prom and was told the price I was paying was for real ones, even an up charge for the lilies. I did not pay for fake replacement lilies. Incredibly frustrated, and of course, prom is in a few hours. Why ask for my phone number if you don’t call me when something isn’t available? I get that flowers can arrive and not look good, but CALL to discuss the options. Don’t assume, and certainly don’t keep the up charge when you can deliver what was ordered.

  This is the best Florist I have been to. This greet you with a smile and help you with all your needs. I have ordered flowers and they were beautiful and it was full. Beautiful Arrangements absolutely amazing how they put their together. Keep up the great work and oh yes I will buy from them again.

  I give it 5 stars, why? The area does not tell the stories of how nice the staff are. How great they make arrangements. This was my retirement ceremony and I needed bouquets for the family. I found out that I had ordered the wrong set and they were so willing to change them out. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting fresh flowers and great service.
