  I had great service from the attendant in the men's department. I was looking for a sport coat and found plenty of options. Unfortunately, their prices are ridiculous.

  I scheduled an appointment with JCPenney portrait studio to have pictures taken with my daughter for Mother’s Day. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I was so excited and looking forward to this special moment. The day before my appointment was when I also found out I’m having a baby girl so it added to the sentiment. This is the first time I would have ever have professional pictures taken so it added to the sentiment. When I got there I checked in and then 2 other families came in and checked in after me. I know there’s only a 15 minute grace period so logically there’s no way they could have had appointments before me. The girl in front of me told me herself her appointment was for 1:45 and the other family didn’t come until after that. The employee let them go back to the dressing rooms come to find out they were already going to take pictures. I believe the only reason they skipped me twice was because the woman complained she was in a hurry and the man that came in complained he had a young baby. I’m 5 months pregnant and my daughter is only 2 years old. I waited in the waited room for 2 hours and 15 minutes and it wasn’t until I was crying and upset because my daughter became restless that I knew my pictures would be ruined so I felt like I did everything for nothing. They asked me if I wanted to go to the bathroom to get myself together for the pictures and come back. I did and gave it a try because how much these pictures would have meant to me and how bad I wanted them but by then everything went wrong and on top of that it’s like nobody had any compassion for my feelings. When the employee called her manager she failed to tell her any of the details and made it seem like it was all my fault. I cannot believe how horrible of an experience this way, how they didn’t go by their rules, and they completely neglected the purpose of an appointment. I would never recommend them to anyone because I wouldn’t want anyone to ever be treated like the way I was. They didn’t even try to make it right, all they did was ask me to reschedule and come back another day.

  The day before today I went to go get some perfume and clothes and the young lady at the beauty center was very kind and informative. However when I came back the next day to return a lip scrub $12 and Gua sha $32 simply because I thought the price was a lil ridiculous the lady at the normal checkout told me I wasn’t able to return it with her and I had to go to the beauty counter again. Then the lady at the beauty counter not only asked me if I had used the product very rudely but also she opened up the whole product to inspect it and even opened the jar I returned. I’m not upset she opened it I’m upset at the attitude. I also feel like the lady at the normal checkout area could’ve definitely helped me return the items.

  The ease of access and the friendly interaction with the associates that assisted me with my order. I met a gentleman by the name of Donald who handled my order and a woman by the name of Tina who was friendly and helpful, also she remembered that I had another item that I didn’t received and resolved the concern with ease. The store atmosphere was very welcoming and will recommend the business to others and I do plan to return and continue fulfilling my shopping needs at the department store as well.
