  m extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at JCPenney Portrait Studio, particularly from the manager, Alicia. The way she spoke to me and my family was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a manager, she should be setting an example of professionalism, patience, and respect, but her behavior demonstrated the complete opposite. What should have been a positive experience for my family turned into an upsetting and uncomfortable situation because of her lack of customer service and the disrespectful way she communicated with us. No customer should have to feel belittled, disrespected, or uncomfortable while trying to receive a service they are paying for, especially when they are there with their family. What made the situation even more disappointing was that this behavior came from someone in a management position. A manager should know how to handle concerns professionally, communicate respectfully, and work toward a solution rather than make customers feel worse. The way Alicia addressed my family was disgusting and completely uncalled for. I understand that customer service can come with challenges, but that is never an excuse to speak to customers disrespectfully. Regardless of the circumstances, basic courtesy and professionalism should always be expected. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with the service we received. I hope JCPenney takes this complaint seriously and addresses the concerns regarding Alicia’s conduct. Customers and their families deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and this experience fell far below that standard. Also she marked my appointment as a no show i will gladly provide photos in store if needed. Save yourself the headache book an appointment elsewhere.

  Jcpenney was well stocked as well as well staffed They appear to be properly managed as I encountered the store manager several times while shopping as she seemed to be engaged with her staff. Active management tends to promote attentive service. Best jcp I've seen in a bit. Thank you

  Had $10 off coupon. Found absolutely huge selection of Levi's. Got 2 pair and then find out you can't use $10 off on Levi's. Put them back and walked out. Do better JC Penny's you're already struggling to survive then when someone come in to spend some $ you drive them away with your small print and exclusions.
