Unfortunately, the bracelet broke again the very next day after I received it. What makes this even more frustrating is that I purchased an extended warranty and expected both quality repairs and reliable customer service. When I returned with my concerns, I felt that Marissa and Matthew were not helpful in resolving the issue or offering a satisfactory solution. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with repairs and service, which makes this situation even more disappointing. After waiting so long for a repair, having the bracelet fail almost immediately is unacceptable. I hope JCPenney will stand behind its repair work and warranty coverage and improve the way customer concerns are handled. Based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend their jewelry repair service.
