We got it the next day with a half dead balloon and it was placed on the rainy ground with it still raining. They said they tried to deliver but I know they lied cause I was waiting for them on his birthday near the front door and heared NOT a single knock and then they sent the message that they would deliver by 8 pm. NOPE. Never did. So if you want to deal with liars, here's the place. For the price it's not worth it.

There was no communication to update him that it wouldn't get there on time and the phone lines were busy until closing. They showed up the next day, the delivery drivers car and items wreaked of Marijuana. My husband informed her that he no longer wanted them because he had to buy from elsewhere since they missed their delivery date. Upon requesting a refund he was told they don't give refunds, only credits. Why would someone want to order from a company that don't honor their contracts or has delivery drivers smoking Marijuana in the car with their product? This is extremely unacceptable and feels more like a scam company than a legitimate business. Do not waste your money or time with this company! Trust the 2.6☆ rating!!!
