  I had a very disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements in Fayetteville, NC. Based on how my situation was handled, I do not feel this location is trustworthy, and I would be very hesitant to order from them again for fruit arrangements, gifts, delivery, or pickup in Fayetteville. Customer service and accountability were lacking, and my experience left me questioning how this business is managed. I expected better from a local Edible Arrangements location, especially for an order that was meant to be a gift. I would not recommend this Fayetteville, NC Edible Arrangements to anyone looking for reliable service or professional handling of an order.

  Decide to order my grandson that lives in Fayetteville for his graduation and making all A’s this year in school. They did not call or ring the doorbell but left the fruit outside in the heat. This is what my grandson got when he opened it. His mother was so upset and ask for a refund but No one ever contact me because I’m the one who brought it. It wasn’t about the money or refund it was about him getting his special gift today. The owner say they hire third party that do the delivery and she has no control over that but edible arrangements do. After two phone calls nothing has been resolved. Talk to corporate they will get back with me if they need to talk to me. If they need to talk to me just look at the picture below and see if they need to talk to me. Won’t be using their service again

  At first my moms order for Mother’s Day came a mess it was melted with fruit not fresh but as soon as we let the location know they were quick to rectify and gave us a complimentary upgrade which I greatly appreciate and my mother loved!

  I absolutely love the edible arrangements! The best in town and out of town!! Everyone there is so sweet... Like my second family! I could work at that place for the rest of my life and be so content! They stayed booked and busy so if you are celebrating a special day, or just needing a loved one to feel loved... Try EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ❗ NOT ONLY THE MOST SPECIAL PLACE TO RECEIVE A GIFT, BUT THE SWEETEST SENSATION OF LOVE ❗🫶🏽❤️🫶🏽❤️🫶🏽❤️🫶🏽

  Never order from this place. They lie about delivering orders, they do not call to reschedule or respond promptly to requests for refund due to their negligence.
