  I take such pleasure to post this 5 Star Review!!! The owner's are always very professional, friendly, caring, concerned and a joy to know. You are always treated like family and the Father, Mother and Daughter ALWAYS provide service with a BIG smile. The quality of the fruit is awesome. They take pride in freshening up the grab and go ready made fruit bouquet to look awesome. Everyone who has received a delivery from them were soooo pleased and satisfied.   I had a great experience placing a phone order with Edible Arrangements on 1800 Skibo Road in Fayetteville, NC for a friend. From start to finish, the process was smooth and convenient, and I really appreciated the customer service I received from Clinton. Clinton was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the ordering process. He took the time to make sure everything was correct and made me feel confident that my friend would receive a great gift. His attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. As a military veteran myself, I especially appreciate supporting businesses and employees who understand the importance of taking care of their customers and community. Clinton provided outstanding service and represented Edible Arrangements extremely well. Thank you, Clinton, for making the experience so easy and stress-free. I definitely appreciate your excellent customer service and would recommend this location to friends and family!

  Love edible arrangements, especially this location! Got chocolate dipped strawberries and ended up with 2 having mold. Brought it back to the store and had them remade in 10 minutes. I believe it was the manager, an older Caribbean lady, that helped me. Remade strawberries were great and customer service was as well.

  Avoid this location!!!! Poor communication, lack of attention to delivery instructions, and an incomplete order. It’s especially disappointing because I’ve had exceptional experiences with Edible Arrangements in several other locations. My mistake was not reading the reviews for this specific store beforehand. If I had, I would have NEVER placed my order here. Fortunately, the customer service through the Edible Arrangements WEBSITE was excellent. If you experience any issues with your order, I highly recommend contacting them through the website. They were responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Edible Arrangements in Fayetteville, NC. Based on how my situation was handled, I do not feel this location is trustworthy, and I would be very hesitant to order from them again for fruit arrangements, gifts, delivery, or pickup in Fayetteville. Customer service and accountability were lacking, and my experience left me questioning how this business is managed. I expected better from a local Edible Arrangements location, especially for an order that was meant to be a gift. I would not recommend this Fayetteville, NC Edible Arrangements to anyone looking for reliable service or professional handling of an order.
