  Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I stood there waiting at the registers for someone to check me out, only to be told I had to walk all the way to the front instead. The woman with the curly hair and glasses had such a snobby attitude about it too, like I was inconveniencing her by expecting to be checked out at an actual register. She was literally just standing there talking, so I don’t understand why she couldn’t have taken 30 seconds to ring me up instead of sending me somewhere else. The cashier at the front was the only pleasant part of this experience. She was kind, apologized for the situation, and understood why I was frustrated. If your employees aren’t going to help customers, at least teach them how to speak to people with some basic respect. I shouldn’t leave a store irritated because someone who was doing nothing couldn’t be bothered to do their job. Definitely not the level of customer service I’d expect.

  The fitting room attendant is INCREDIBLY rude. She was rolling her eyes at us and being so hostile for absolutely no reason. We asked her to unlock a fitting room and it was as if we asked her to run a marathon. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had in a retail store. I have never been spoken to in that way before in a store and I will definitely never come back here.

  I had a super great experience this evening. One of the young ladies (maybe a manager) was super patient and nice towards my eleven year old who had lots of questions she just had to ask herself. The store wasn’t super busy but the young lady could’ve left at any point but she chose to help my daughter look for things that would match the clothes she was describing. She even helped me sign up for a loyalty account to get a little bit of a discount. It was a super great experience! Edit: Coming back to this nearly a year later, I found out the young woman’s name is Savannah when I stopped in with my daughter agin recently. She again, had so much patience and helped us understand the difference between the new shorts they’ve put out and how they would have more product my daughter may like soon. Super great experience again!

  I love love love this store and their merchandise but boy is it hot!
