I recently purchased a stroller after the sales associate checked with her manager and assured me it would not be part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Despite their confirmation, the stroller was included in the sale.This kind of misinformation makes it hard to trust this store. This location is small, and the customer service has not matched the reliability I’ve always experienced at Nordstrom. I’ll be returning to the sales associates I trust in Chicago and Seattle, because this store simply isn’t dependable. If you’re looking for accurate information, trustworthy service, and a true Nordstrom experience, I would recommend visiting another location or shopping online.

Meanwhile, much of the store seems to be turning into Nordstrom Rack, with random left over sizes, colors, and styles piled up together and on sale. The Nordstrom brand items are too inferior to be sold in a big box store. This is not the Nordstrom of the past.
