  Carmen in the skincare/makeup section of the store is incredible. She was so warm, knowledgeable, patient, honest, and professional. She was genuinely interested in making sure she learned and understood my needs before making recommendations. I’ve had so many experiences where store representatives just try to sell me the most expensive product - not Carmen. She was focused on making sure I was well taken care of and ensuring that my skin care needs were the priority.

  Lee in alterations is terrible terrible terrible and the customer service there is terrible. I got some pants altered and they look absolutely terrible. I had to do it twice. The first time, they were too loose the second time they were too tight I can’t even get my foot through to bottom part of the pants. It’s ridiculous!!!!…. Lee says she refuses to give me a refund. She wasn’t was very personal or professional. I called back after being down there two hours the previous day and told her I just wanted a refund back and she said no just plain point. No I’ll address that with my Credit Card company, the BBB and every social media platform available

  The website mistakenly indicated that this location does curbside pick up. They do not and didn’t let me know that until I arrived to get my order. Luckily, Suzanne was there, braved the heat, and honored the curbside pick up on my order. That’s top notch customer service. She needs a raise and you guys need to fix the website.

  I couldn’t be more impressed with Nordstrom’s customer service. I recently brought in an old pair of Timberland shoes that had come apart at the seam. They were otherwise in good condition, but I honestly assumed they were headed for the trash. My wife convinced me to take them to Nordstrom (where she originally purchased them), and they gave me nearly $200 in store credit! I was genuinely blown away. That level of customer service and willingness to stand behind a customer’s experience is rare these days. Nordstrom has earned my respect and continued business. This is how you create loyal customers. Thank you!

  This is a WOW. The Mrs ordered a pair of Adidas Ladies Sneakers 6 1/2 online on Sunday. She was planning on taking them on a Vacation! Today the Nordstrom box arrived and she exclaimed “yeah”! Alas, she opened the box and was greeted with MEN’S white sneakers in a large size-see pic. So, she used the Nordstrom chat tool to alert the Co of their obvious careless error. The chat tool was only interested in how soon she could RETURN their sneakers. OMG. She was hoping to find someone or something that cared and have the correct sneakers over-nighted! Total drop of the proverbial ball Nordstrom! Sad. Maybe find out who packed the box and check them for glasses!
