  Nice selection of clothes and shoes, with some good-quality items. However, be careful because some brands are not worth the price. I recommend checking the quality and touching the fabric before buying to make sure the material feels good and meets your expectations. Not everything is worth the price!

  Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently visited Nordstrom as always looking to purchase a few nice dress shirts. I explained that traditional collared shirts tend to make me uncomfortable and that I was interested in exploring collarless alternatives or other comfortable, sophisticated styles Unfortunately, rather than being shown different options, offered recommendations, or assisted in finding something suitable, I was simply told to “go on Amazon.” While I have absolutely nothing against Amazon and frequently shop there myself, I found this response rather disappointing, especially coming from a retailer like Nordstrom, which has built a reputation around quality merchandise and exceptional customer service Like imagine walking into a Porsche dealership, expressing interest in a particular vehicle or style, and being told to simply go to Chevrolet instead of having someone take the time to explore your options Not a happy man leaving Nordstrom's today

  I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. I came for a custom suit 3 months ago, got measured and everything was great until the suit actually came. The pants would be tight on a Ken doll and the jacket would fit an elephant carrying twins, so not even god himself could tailor such a suit to fit me. At this point it’s 3 weeks before the event so there’s no time to get it re done, so we default to something off the rack. Naturally, the new suit still needs to be altered, and therefore they tell me to come back in a week and the suit will be ready. Come following week, I come in at 11AM and they say the suit will not be ready until 3PM, I live about an hour away from Nordstrom so I decide to kill time in the mall. I come back at 3 and to no one’s surprise it will now be done at 6. I have plans for dinner so I said I will come back the next day. I come by the next day and the guy at pickup searches for my suit for about 20 minutes, finally he comes out with my suit in a plastic bag. “You want to try it on?” You have not once delivered on your promises in the last 2 and a half months so obviously I tried it on. Pants a size too big on the waist and the shirt looks like it sat at the bottom of a laundry basket for a week before they started working on it. After 2 and a half months I have spent $1400 on a suit I did not want and does not fit. I will tighten up the belt to keep my pants from falling and go spend another $50 on getting this suit dry cleaned and presses. It has been an absolute nightmare to work with Nordstrom and I strongly encourage everyone to go somewhere else.
