    I had a less than stellar customer service experience at this location today. I spend thousands at Lululemon. A friend sent me a NWT pair of leggings still available in same size and color and inseam online however with a small snag on the back glute. Hardly noticeable but could get larger as I wear and wash them. I contacted Guest Education via chat and they said since they still had the tag on to bring to the store for Quality. I’ve had great customer service before so I thought nothing of it. Showed up and asked for either store credit so I could repurchase online or have them exchange it for same item online for me. They took my leggings and the note with the transaction number to a manager somewhere else in the store while I waited at the front and took a while to get back to me and only offer what was paid as store credit towards the same pair which was far less. If those are the rules they are the rules (glad education services didn’t tell me and just told me to proceed with heading there for the quality issue and wasted gas) but it just was off-putting they didn’t know the policy or didn’t want to provide excellent customer service to a loyal customer and had to take my item away from me and disappear to have a secret conversation. Ive had a few quality issues with NWT items I’ve had shipped from online purchase and never a problem replacing. This causes me great pause from doing further business with this company/location.

    I would like to leave a compliment for Sydney Cydni, who gave us one of the best in-store shopping experiences a customer could have a few days ago. She provided outstanding customer service, with a warmth and friendliness that is rarely seen and that truly made us want to come back to the store - and in fact, we returned just three days later. Congratulations on having people like Sydney as part of the company. She truly made a lasting impression.

    My 11 yo daughter saved her money to purchase a water bottle, and not even 3 months later the color started to peel. We’ve always hand washed and air dried this, so it’s not due to misuse or harsh dishwasher heat. I emailed customer service for a replacement under their “quality service guarantee” and they claim it works just fine as a cup so there’s no replacement. There is no reason the color should be peeling after 3 months and it’s basically unable to be used due to shedding of color/lining. All customer service responses take 10 days to receive, so nothing gets resolved. Horrible customer service and crappy guarantee!
