  I have to give an incredible shoutout to Toni at Lane Bryant Renaissance. I came in to pick up an order and get help figuring out the right bra for an outfit I had on, and from the moment she greeted me, she went straight to work — personal, encouraging, genuinely helpful in a way that felt rare these days for me. Toni and her assistant made me feel absolutely amazing — they said I was "snatched" while taking my measurements, and honestly, that kind of authentic enthusiasm meant more than they probably know bc they didn't even Know about my recent weight loss. It was genuine and very rewarding to me because I couldn't BELIEVE I was measuring the size that I am! In fact, had she not automatically measured me, the order I came to get would have truly been a poor fit for me. On top of all that, I wasn't feeling well during my visit, and without hesitation, Toni offered to go to a whole other store to get me a water. That's the kind of care you don't expect from a retail visit anymore. I also noticed she knew several regular customers by name when they came in — it's clear she builds real relationships, not just transactions. That experience alone made me want to become a regular myself. Lane Bryant is lucky to have someone like Toni representing them. Ask for her by name — you will not regret it.

  Was in the store for about 10 min and I even waved for someone to come over and they kept going. No one came to check on me . Then, there was a lady at the front counter just gossiping and gabbing! The customer service was trash, I left. I rather shop online than in there
