  The staff here is absolutely amazing and soooo welcoming! I went in to find a dress for my birthday and left with my spirits boosted. Jade in particular was so helpful throughout the whole process and I found the perfect dress :)

  I recently came in and the clothes are great. I got so much help from Jess and Sharissa. They deserve a raise. Im an MD and can tell if people care. They do. Will be back for sure.

  I returned five items and only received a partial refund. Customer service claimed that a grey fleece sweatpant had pilling in the crotch area, which is not true, the item was never worn. What concerns me most is that this size was out of stock before my return, then suddenly showed as available after. Now I’m being told the item I returned is “damaged,” which raises serious concerns about how returns are handled. A pair of cargo jeans also ripped the first day I wore them, clearly a defect, yet they blamed me for “wear and tear.” Customer service was dismissive and insisted on damage that did not exist. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and kept many items. This experience makes me question their quality control and return practices. Be very cautious ordering especially if you may need to make a return.

  This store has the best clothes and the sales are great, especially if you are an Express insider. You get birthday cash for your birthday and half birthday! All the employees there are so nice, especially Jess, one of the managers. She helped me put together a dress type look with a body contour one shoulder top along with a ruched skirt!! She is super friendly, stylish and knowledgeable about clothes and style. I am allergic to polyester so she took the time to help me find a black top without polyester to match my Future Collective skirt from Target. Also, a huge thank you to Tiffany at this store! I asked her if she had been working here long and she said, “no.” She was able to help me with a rustic brown/fall color body contour top and baggy drawstring pants to go with it. She was patient with me when I had so many questions. I really appreciated her help. She said that this color top would work for the fall and I could wear it with a Jean jacket. I came back another day with my boyfriend and told her I needed to try both things on again because the pant was long and I hadn’t tried it with my shoes that day when I bought it. I tried it on with my shoes and it was too long. I asked her what else I could wear with it, but she wasn’t sure how she could help because I couldn’t buy jeans or anything with a zipper due to some weight gain. I then asked her if I could wear it with leggings and she said that would work. If you ask me she has excellent fashion taste and customer service skills. She was so helpful and patient with me just like Jess, the manager. I hope she gets a raise because in my opinion she sure deserves it! I will def be back here. I don’t have a pic of the fall body contour top with leggings yet. The picture here is the black top Jess helped me find with my skirt from Target.
