  I went in to the Cole Hahn this morning (at Southpoint in Durham) I haven’t had such fabulous customer service in a long while. Both the sales people on the floor were so friendly, well put together, and incredibly helpful. I went to try and find a shoe that I had seen last December, and this being April I didn’t expect to have any luck. They did not have the shoe in the store, but they spent some time looking for it on the computer and finally located it. They ordered a pair for me and honored the Christmas price! I didn’t ask for that and I wouldn’t have dreamt of doing so. I shop at Cole Hahn a lot already, and these two very friendly and knowledgeable employees have guaranteed that I’ll be back again soon.

  I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The staff didn’t greet us, seemed uninterested, and walked around with hands in their pockets instead of offering help. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this so customers feel more valued.
