- NCNicole ChrislerAug 18, 20261.0Literally the worst customer service ever. No one wants to talk to you. Nobody wants you there, and trying to get any help is like pulling teeth. I never have any other issues at other locations. But this location. Stop hiring people if they don't wanna work there. If I could give zero stars, I would.
- RQRachael QuinnNov 10, 20231.0I placed an order for pickup that said it would be ready within two hours. OVER two hours later, I went in to pick it up. The lady at the register pointed me over to a table and she said someone would assist me shortly. Nobody ever came. I went back to the register and another girl said she would help me. After rummaging through the different orders, she told me mine was not there. She went to check in the back and still could not find it. I showed her my confirmation email but she was EXTREMELY rude and explained that my order wasn’t ready. I told her I ordered over two hours ago but she began arguing with me saying that it would be another two hours because they were “busy,” which they were definitely not!!! I had a time constraint and could not wait at the mall for another two hours. Asking me to wait HOURS for a small order (two items) is insane. It should not be that hard to take two pairs of underwear, put them in a bag, and hand it to me.
