Had unfolded two different sizes of a shirt and was rudely told to stop unfolding shirts because the worker would need to refold them. Understand it’s a tedious task, but felt like we were being rushed out of store and left without making purchase.
- PHPeyton HAug 1, 20262.0My family and I come to the Life is Good store every year and have never felt as uncomfortable as we did this week. Different members of my family went into the store on 2 different occasions and on both visits the same employee was extremely off-putting and rude. While I was looking at a shirt, the employee told me to ‘stop unfolding the shirts because she has to refold them’. On another occasion she asked my brother-in-law, “are you just going to leave the shirts like that?”, while he was still looking for his size. We all felt uncomfortable just trying to browse the store, which is upsetting for a store with the motto that “Life is Good”.

- KPKaitlyn PJul 21, 20261.0Looked at a shirt and then employee yelled at me and said “That’s not how you found it.” Very odd behavior considering that I looked down at the shirt and it looked exactly how it was folded. I moved it maybe an inch up and she was okay with it. She also stated “You don’t just come into a place and mess everything up.” Was excited to look at the clothes and immediately left after that interaction. Weird considering it’s your job to fold the clothes as well. I felt extremely uncomfortable after those comments. Definitely don’t recommend!!!
