- CHCindy HetrickMar 12, 20211.0Rented a property from them for a car cruise weekend last year prior to COVID and when it was time for the cruise the event was cancelled, well postponed. We wanted to switch our reservations to the postponement, and also due to the fact that the ONLY way to the property is ONE bridge.....the ONLY bridge and that was CLOSED...due to COVID. These ppl blocked our calls and will not respond to any emails and REFUSE TO refund our money!!!! Even though, the terms for refund say they will due to any natural disaster! I think YOUR state closing the ONLY way into the property due to Covid is considered a natural disaster and in NO WAY any result of OUR doings!! These people are not good people! I hope others learn from our bad experience with them snd stay away!!
