  Came in looking for a shirt instead I had a conversation with a guy named Mike he was truly 1 in a million even though I couldn't find a shirt I liked he try his best to accommodate also messed up the store I can tell he didn’t like that but I will definitely be back

  I’ve seen monkeys at the zoo more organized and better managed than this company. If you need your clothes any time in the next 4-6 weeks, I wouldn’t order clothes from them. They are happy to take your money, and then they send you a confirmation email saying your shipment will be slightly delayed because they are moving to a new wearhouse. By slightly they mean weeks. And they won’t let you cancel your order because it’s “still processing”. Their customer service is an AI agent who hangs up on you. And the human beings that you can get on the phone barely speak English and don’t help. I won’t ever order clothes from these rodeo clowns again. They are a disgrace and a scam. I’m sure their shirts fit great, when they actually show up and the customer can wear them.

  I cannot emphasize enough what amazing customer service this location at Southpark Mall has. First, I went in with the plan to purchase three shirts as I’ve worn UnTuckit for many years and it was time to get some new shirts. A nice young man named Jake asked me what I was looking for - I told him my size, the style, and the fit I needed and he brought me to the section that had what I was looking for. After picking out a few shirts, I asked if there were any promotions or sales that I could use and he said he’d take care of me. He did! Normally these shirts run around $99-&120 each and Jake worked his magic and I got all three shirts for $200.00. He then mentioned that they also have a program where you can bring in damaged or worn out shirts and get a discount on new ones. As I mentioned I’ve been wearing UnTuckit for years and I thought that was a really cool program - will definitely participate in the future. Then, less than a week after purchasing, I damaged one of the shirts accidentally with an iron while traveling. I really liked the shirt and style, so I went back today to purchase another one. I brought the damaged shirt with me, and a lovely woman named Tracy said she’d take care of it and exchanged the shirt free of charge. INCREDIBLE customer service. This damage was 100% my fault and she was kind enough to take care of me. I will forever be a loyal UnTuckIt customer for these reasons alone. Thank you!!!
