  Very disappointing customer service. The sale sign listed a specific polo style, and since I wasn’t sure whether the shirt I wanted was included, I asked an associate to confirm the price before purchasing. She clearly told me that all of the polo shirts were $26.99. However, when I checked out, the shirt scanned at $39.99. I explained that I had specifically asked about the price beforehand and had been told it was $26.99. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to resolve the situation, the associate denied ever saying that. Another employee immediately sided with her without listening to my explanation or making any effort to help. I understand that pricing mistakes happen. My frustration is not about the extra $13—it’s about being given incorrect information, then having the employee deny it and being treated as though I was making it up. A simple apology or an effort to find a reasonable solution would have made a big difference. This experience was unprofessional and left me very disappointed. I hope the store provides better staff training and places more value on honest, respectful customer service.

  Visited about 20 different TH outlets. This one is big but more expensive than ex. the one at Tanger in Myrtle Beach. Glad I did buy most of my needs in MB. However they do have the kids departement here. I recommend the Outlet in Myrtle Beach, if possible to choose store. They also charged me more than displayed in store but corrected when I asked. No excuse at all
