  We were helped by Vosco, I could be spelling his name wrong not that it matters because he didn't even care to learn mine. We went in to try on rings. I already knew was cut and size I wanted for the most part but was kind of open to trying on different cuts. He didn't really acknowledge me but mainly talked to my boyfriend and any time I said something he would chuckle or basically make me feel like what I was saying was silly or didn't matter. He also asked me to step away while they talk about budget but the whole time he was talking to him, he told my boyfriend that he can tell he can afford anything in there and that clearly budget doesn't matter. THEN continued to convince him to get a ring that I literally just stated I didn't like at all because then later down the road, he can upgrade me to the ring that I do really want... makes zero sense. My boyfriend told him that he just wants to get whatever I wanted now since that is what makes the most sense. When I came back I told Vosco I wanted to 4 or 5 carot, and he went on and on saying that was way too big and that I wouldn't want that... Even though I have tried it on and knew that is what I wanted. So we ended up ordering a ring to try on that I didn't even want to because he didn't care to order what I wanted. He also then asked for my name at the end when we were leaving and then proceeded to text us and then not acknowledge my name in the text. that part doesn't REALLY matter but it just added to it. I am in sales and I know how important it is to learn their name and their needs and meet them, and that was not done when we came and for that we decided to not come back.

  I attended a special gathering with 15 to 20 other ladies. It is beautiful store with an amazing jewelry selection. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming!!

  Picked up some gifts for a special occasion and as usual the staff was super helpful and accommodating. Thank you Dolares, Michelle and Sylvester for the assistance! Previous review: Excellent experience at the SouthPark location. Have made a few recent purchases here and the staff is fantastic.
