I purchased a laptop today. I did NOT leave the store before realizing that the "warranty" offered could not be honored. Tried to get a refund. They refused waited in the store for over an hour trying to resolve. Never left the store but could not get a refund. If something happens to the computer or it is not compatible to UTI curriculum they can NOT service it because my son lives in Chicago where the computer will be used. Did I mention l have not left the store. Everyone they told me to call told me to call someone else. Melia the manager at the time said she spoke to Graham who is the GM and apparently neither one of them could help. I have been here now for 2 hours.

Quite impressed with this store. I had to stop by and get two monitors for my son's computer. I was able to grab two ASUS monitors for about $70, and they come with HDMI and power cords. They have a great collection of headphones ,speakers game consoles, games, movies, and monitors. They are very well priced. I would definitely come here before checking out Pawn Shops or Facebook marketplace for reasonably-priced, used electronics.

Goodwill suggests that by creating these businesses they are able to "create more jobs" in their community. However, they aren't "creating" more jobs, they are taking jobs away from the community who gave them their free inventory in the first place. There are many people throughout the community who are looking for inventory to repair and resell. Instead of that money going to the members of the community, it's instead going to Goodwill Executives.
