    Thank you so much for the gorgeous job you did on the flowers I ordered, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. As an artist myself, I have high expectations for flower arrangements and this arrangement looks even better in person than the beautiful photo shown online. Unfortunately, these days, the norm and expectation is horrible customer service and a large gap between product ordered and product received. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality and beauty of the arrangement you created and delivered to my friend and the wonderful service you provided. I’m so happy to know that Blossom Shop has maintained a high standard of quality product and service. I’m grateful to know there are still businesses who care about exceeding their customers expectations. Well done Blossom Shop! 💜

    Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff. Beautiful, high-quality arrangements that look expensive but are fairly priced. I've used their delivery service, and also walked in and requested a custom arrangement for a graveside bouquet. The custom arrangement was stunning, and thoughtfully and expertly designed.

    Reposting my review as it was removed: We contacted The Blossom Flower Shop to order flower arrangements for an unexpected family funeral. We requested specific flowers in honour of the deceased, and the florist quoted us a premium rate which we accepted. But when we went to pick up the flowers, I was shocked to discover that, while two sidepieces were serviceable, the central arrangement was completely different from what we had discussed AND the reference photos we had sent. Not only did the florist try to pass off different, cheaper flowers to us (while keeping the premium rate), but many were also WILTED. When I pointed this out to the owner, he had the gall to deny it while standing next to the bunch of old flowers. The owner had also completely changed the colour scheme we had requested, as HE felt it was inappropriate for OUR occasion and he knew better than us. When we asked him to honour our requests which he had accepted, the owner protested that we had only given them a short lead time for the order — a funeral order for a SUDDEN death in our family, which we had explained to him off the bat. The deceased’s daughter was with me and almost cried! The insensitivity and selfishness was astounding. I still cannot believe how much the owner of the Blossom Shop bungled our order, but, more than anything, I am shocked at how rude and incompetent he was — and at a time of intense grief for us. Any families suffering bereavement should beware of the Blossom Shop, as should any happy couples considering it for their weddings — unless they are comfortable being told how they should celebrate properly and taking whatever flowers he deigns to give them, in whatever shape he says they are.

    Update, April 13, 2026: I did receive a very nice note from John, at The Blossom Shop. He acknowledged things could have been better handled, and that updates and trainings would be put into place to improve the experience for everyone going forward. I appreciated his apology and let him know things happen to help us all learn, grow, and be better. Even with years of experience, none of us are above a learning moment-- myself included. Their work is beautiful, so with some minor improvements, you should be pleased in your shopping experience with The Blossom Shop. This was the first time I've used your shop, as I have two that I regularly use depending on quantity/style needed. Your reviews were great and I had heard your company mentioned over the years so I thought, "for this simple, but special, order l'd give you all a shot". I easily found what I had in mind on your website and seamlessly placed the order on Monday, April 6th for delivery Saturday, April 11th. No where in the order process did it ask me if I required a specific delivery window, rather it charged me flat rate of $21- which is already crazy for delivery here in town. But, my bill, with delivery fee totalled $242. I paid it and included a note that it was to be delivered to a local restaurant for a graduation luncheon with reservations at 1245p. Shortly thereafter, I received a call to confirm my order details and then was told since I had written 12:45 in my notes that is a specified request and I would be charged an additional $10( on top of the $21 I had already paid). I explained to the young lady that as a first time customer- who had trusted other business I could have used- this was poor customer service. 1. I did not request a special delivery time, but denoted what time our reservations were. 2. It would be my assumption that your delivery window would be within your business hours, which on Saturday are 830a-12:30p, which my delivery would therefore fit into. The young lady started explaining to me the extra fee is for special request times like a funeral or event- neither of which applied to me AND I did not request a special delivery outside of your normal business hours. 3. IF you are going to charge additional fees for anything, those fees should be clearly communicated throughout the purchasing process and confirmed. Again, no where in the process were any additional fees disclosed, nor was I even asked at any point did I have a specific delivery time needed. Nevertheless, I allowed the additional charge and waited for today. On my way to graduation I received a text at 846a stating that the flowers had been delivered with a photo of them sitting outside the restaurant. Obviously, the restaurant was not open at 846a, and it was already 70° outside! I panicked and was livid! In addition to all the back and forth the young lady did with me on Monday about the delivery fee, she told me she personally was calling to confirm delivery details with the restaurant herself, so that means she knew very well they were not open at 846a. I had to reroute myself 25 minutes to the restaurant in order to get my $252 arrangement(after the additional $10 I paid for "special delivery") to ensure they weren't stolen nor damaged!!! Which made me LATE to my mother's Ministerial graduation!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I missed her whole processional and had to sit in the back due to being late! Angry doesn't begin to convey what I felt. I will say, the flowers were gorgeous. But they would have been even more gorgeous without all this extra stress and aggravation. I have absolutely never had such a bad experience with ANY florist anywhere. Luckily, other than me being late, my mother was none-the-wiser, and definitely loved the bouquet. I am at least thankful for that. But I will not recommend, nor use The Blossom Shoppe again for any of my floral needs.
