She listened to me, asked if I wanted to add candy or a Jelly Cat to my order and was very professional. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and did not disappoint. I meant to call another florist on the other side of town only because I don’t live near them and it was an error on my part but when I called them the day before to cancel the order, they could not have been more gracious and refunded me immediately. I was very impressed with the customer service and I will use them if I’m in the area anytime thank you Blossom shop for making it easy and covering my mistake lol

I’m new to the area, recently having moved back after 25 years, so of course I didn’t have a recent history with this flower shop that my husband knew from his previous business relationship many years ago. We supported this local small business regularly from many years ago. I will never support them again…had they accepted my order, they would have been my go to florist. This could have been the first of many orders from me…such a policy is short sighted and down right ugly as I was ordering for a bereavement service. Wow…Blossom Shop, do better!!!
