  I was able to easily order flowers online for a family funeral we attended. I selected a delivery time and they arrived a bit earlier to the church, which was perfect because they were already setting up for services. The flowers were beautiful and matched the "Simply Blue" premium floral depicted online. We will order from them again!

  Excellent shop! I’m currently overseas. My wife is on vacation in Charlotte. I needed flowers delivered for her birthday. Online ordering was smooth. Delivery timed as promised. She absolutely loved the bouquet! Highly recommend!

  My experience with The Blossom Shop was beyond disappointing as they made it very apparent my business was not worth their time and, as the manger insinuated, I am apparently too broke or too poor to afford the minimum order for an event. As background, I tried to work with them on a small number of flowers for my upcoming wedding. Initially it seemed like working with them was going to be a seamless process, but ultimately I had to cancel my order three weeks later. Based on the conversation I eventually had with the manager, the staff is seemingly not properly trained on how to handle requests for wedding/event flowers. I was taken through an incorrect process and provided inaccurate information about what costs would be/how they need to order for these events, etc. I’m having a more simplistic wedding and don’t require a lot of flowers. So, I called ahead of coming in to explain this and was told that it would be no problem to accommodate what I was thinking. I was told I could come in any time (it just needed to be more than two weeks before the wedding) and I needed to ask for a designer to go over the list. Which I did on that following Sat. Apparently I needed to speak specifically with an event designer who isn’t in on Sat - neither point was brought up during my visit. Despite this, for three weeks after placing and paying for my order, and sending my reference notes that were requested, neither the manager nor the event designer made any effort to call me to discuss and/or correct the misunderstanding their staff had. Instead, after three weeks, they had one of the same staff members I dealt with originally call me and continue to provide incomplete information seemingly both to myself and to the manager. Additionally, when initially trying to salvage the order, the manager (by way of this staff member) provided me essentially zero alternatives to what I had originally provided. As a result of all the back and forth I initially canceled part of my order but then decided to have a conversation directly with the manager. That call highlighted all of the above as well as uncovering that most of what I was looking for they in fact could have been accommodated. Her response to my pointing that out was that’s not what she was told by her staff. I ultimately canceled the order outright as a result of this entire exchange.
