We simply wanted to exchange them for a different size/model. The consultant spent a long time inspecting and polishing the glasses, apparently searching for any possible imperfections. After several minutes, she claimed to find “micro scratches” that could only be seen under certain lighting and at a specific angle. The glasses were never worn and had been kept in their case the entire time. This leaves us wondering if the glasses were already scratched when sold to us, especially considering they were purchased as part of a “second pair 50% off” promotion. As a result, we were refused an exchange. We are very disappointed with this experience, especially as loyal customers of this store. We expected much better customer service and a fairer approach.
