  Miss O was fantastic! She offered options and made us feel so comfortable and cared for throughout the experience. In my opinion, it was some of the best service we’ve had in quite a while. Thank you for such outstanding hospitality and care!

  We came to the store to exchange sunglasses that were purchased as a gift because they did not fit the recipient properly. We simply wanted to exchange them for a different size/model. The consultant spent a long time inspecting and polishing the glasses, apparently searching for any possible imperfections. After several minutes, she claimed to find “micro scratches” that could only be seen under certain lighting and at a specific angle. The glasses were never worn and had been kept in their case the entire time. This leaves us wondering if the glasses were already scratched when sold to us, especially considering they were purchased as part of a “second pair 50% off” promotion. As a result, we were refused an exchange. We are very disappointed with this experience, especially as loyal customers of this store. We expected much better customer service and a fairer approach.

  We experienced both excellent service and selection. And with the added discount for buying 3 pairs, the total price was exceptional.

  dropped by looking to check out Dolce shades as well as to ask if they could tighten my Fendi's (the handles are a pinch loose). an associate, Denzel was friendly and professional, even suggesting where I might go about my Fendi's as this particular location doesn't carry that brand so they couldn't tighten the arms. there was a wait time as the store only allowed 4-5 people in at a time.
