  I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut in Northlake thanks to Imani! From the moment I walked in, she provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use my new Oakley Meta glasses. This was an amazing purchase, and I honestly love them even more because Imani made everything so easy to understand. She answered all of my questions, walked me through the features step by step, and made sure I felt confident using them before I left the store. If you’re thinking about getting Meta glasses or just want exceptional customer service, I highly recommend asking for Imani. She truly went above and beyond.   While I went to return some glasses Imani the cashier attempted to steal my glasses and said they were not in there when I tried to look behind her desk she pushed me and when I went to get security all of a sudden she found them and said I put them back there . Please don’t trust this place.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable and thorough Imani was.   Went into the sunglass hut to by some sunglasses for my wife. I was clueless on which direction or style to go with at first. Madison helped me out an we found the perfect pair. She was very kind and professional and highly recommend.
