- DDDavidMar 19, 20261.0Unfortunately, they did not want to take in my return as Gustavo was saying you see there is a little scratche on the frame and company policy says I cannot. I looked closely and don't see anything I said and he proceeded to say no can do. Went to the other sunglass hut instantly no problems. Poor customer experience to say the least as this one. Never again.
