- KWKay WAug 5, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this Goodwill Bins location. During my visit, the manager was repeatedly yelling at and speaking harshly to his employees in front of customers. The behavior was loud, uncomfortable, and extremely distracting, and it took away from what should have been a normal shopping experience. What was especially disappointing is that this type of behavior does not seem to reflect the values that Goodwill promotes about respect, dignity, and creating opportunities for people in the community. Employees deserve to be treated with the same respect and consideration that customers expect to receive.
