  Would like Ray-Ban to improvize with the meta technical support and any replacements, if there are issues with devices. Since RayBan started manufacturing technical gadgets, they need to own some responsibility in sorting out technical difficulties on devices. Should not ask customers to contact meta.

  I visited the Ray Ban store on three separate occasions. Each time I could not order glasses because the optometrist was not in. The first time I visited, I was able to figure out what glasses I wanted and confirm the cost with insurance. I accomplished most of what I needed in that first visit, and the person helping me was really helpful. Since the optometrist was not in, I confirmed their schedule for the week and planned to come back. The second time I visited, I planned to order my glasses. I couldn't order because the optometrist was out sick. The third time I visited, I called ahead of time to confirm they were in and their schedule. When I arrived, they said that they went home early. This has been the most frustrating experience. I have decided I'm not coming back to order frames. I don't know how they make money when people cannot order glasses without the optometrist.
