  Tiffany provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to resolving the Meta connection issues I was experiencing with my AI glasses. Even when the problem was difficult to troubleshoot, she did not give up. She carefully worked through each step, explained everything clearly, and stayed focused until we found a solution. Her expertise and determination made what could have been a frustrating experience much easier. Tiffany is an excellent example of what exceptional customer service should look like. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. She deserves recognition for the stellar support she provided. I wish more people took pride in the work they do, I even decided to get another pair while in store. So happen they were the last ones so she offered an option to order or buy the display.   I had a very disappointing experience at this Ray-Ban location regarding a return/refund. Before making my purchase, I specifically asked the manager about the return policy, but I was never informed that purchases over $250 are refunded by mailed check rather than back to the original payment method, with a 3–4 week processing time. When I returned to discuss the issue, the store manager Maleek (who was also my sales person) stated that it was “the responsibility of the customer to know the return policy” and that I should have checked the website myself. He also stated that it was “not his job” to explain the refund method when I asked about the policy prior to purchase. During the conversation, he told me “let’s not talk about old stuff” and simply process the check. My issue is less about the refund itself and more about the dismissive and unprofessional way the situation was handled. Important refund limitations should be clearly disclosed when a customer specifically asks before purchasing. Very disappointing experience for a premium brand.
