- DCDavid Crossan1 day ago1.0I own about 7-8 Rag & Bone shirts. I was referred to them by a friend and have been a frequent customer since. I happened to return a shirt that I bought while on a work trip in another Rag & Bone location, and I got absolutely grilled for doing so. I brought the receipt, the tags, and when she asked if I wore it before I said no. Then she asked what was wrong with it. Because I didn’t try it on in the store, I assumed it fit like the others. I ultimately didn’t like the way it fit but I already took the tags off. It should be as simple as that. Then she had the audacity to say “it feels wet.” …What are we doing here? Why am I being interrogated. I have bought 7-8 shirts, returned 1. If this was a pattern on my account I’d completely understand. Don’t embarrass your customers. Especially when you’re a high-end brand.
