- MGMomo GriffinAug 18, 20261.0Poor Customer service , Not Greeted at all walked in first set of employees were entertaining each other than an employee did speak after about 10 minutes she actually was working ( at least she looked busy). However one young lady kept walking back and forth not speaking ( she has curly dark brown hair short ) she might even be the store manager hopefully not, and when I was about to purchase she was at the register still no customer service so I gladly placed the items back and left. With this current job market maybe the employees should have a better understanding of how consumers drive revenue which KEEPS THEM EMPLOYED YIKES. Went to the Concord Store Greeted immediately their selection is just not the greatest ordered ONLINE.
