- TGTressa GreinerAug 12, 20265.0Order a pair of Gucci sunglasses. This transaction occurred during their anniversary sale. My order was accepted, monies deducted from my account. Item was listed at $307.99. Two days later got a cancellation notification. However the item is in stock, and available at $460.00. I contacted Nordstrom’s customer service. They advised the sale is over. They are unable to accommodate the old price. Seriously in this economy. They can afford to lose customers. I can shop at Bloomingdale’s, Sack’s Fifth Avenue, or directly with the designer. Not a trustworthy company.

It was quite an uncomfortable situation to be around. When it was over the one who appeared to be a manager stormed off. Maybe have your managers retrained on how to handle employee confrontation and not do it on the sales floor.

When I confronted one of them she started laughing. Only 2 tables occupied and now I know why. Get people that want to work instead of socializing

He insisted on taking all the returns, not just the men’s returns. He explained he wanted to make my return experience easier for me! His professional and positive attitude was so refreshing! This is an employee who understands great customer service and human kindness! He needs the employee of the year award!
