Ordered a Tory handbag then the order was canceled of course after they took the 300 out of my account. I'll just order from Tory, this is why brick and mortar stores are dying. Incompetent staff.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning after the experience I had today with the staff. Cyndi insulted both my sister and me, and I was shocked by her lack of professionalism. This does not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from other locations I’ve visited. The selection of clothing was super limited and disappointing as well. The dressing rooms are in disorder. I'd skip this location.
