- MDMichelle Dufay6 days ago4.0I chose Nordstrom to buy an expensive item of makeup, because in the past they would appreciate your business and add some samples to the bag. The saleswoman didn’t even bother to wrap the item in tissue paper; she just threw it in the bag. Next time, I’ll go to Saks.

The sales associate who helped us (Taylor Hannah) was truly outstanding. She searched the store for the right size dress, offered to steam it (and did so), offered to call in an alterations expert, and provided sincere feedback. She was friendly, personable and “above and beyond” helpful throughout the entire process. I have not seen such excellent customer service in DECADES.
