  Im usually a fan of Nordstrom's Rack. Unfortunately this location is slacking. The store was quite a mess, hard to sift through options. Staff wasn't helpful at all. I won't give up on the chain, just will not return to this location.

  I have been here a few times for the last 6 months and the restrooms are not accessible by public it’s behind the door “employees only”. They are sending people to the stores next to it. It is very inconvenient especially if you are with kids or pregnant. Very disappointing that the big store like this doesn’t have a restroom available to people for more than 6 months now or more
