- BHBrenden HidockAug 20, 20261.0Took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr complete waste of time choose another place
- TSTracy SavageDec 2, 20181.0Absolutely the worst customer service not very helpful and no way to get in direct contact with a supervisor. My machine has been on the fritz since May because the technician didnt install it properly. I have gotten no help what so ever about getting a credit or even a call back from a manager/supervisor. The machine is a joke to begin with since many things we eat (ie. Cheeseburgers, pizza, bagels or peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches) set it off and they still charge you 35 bucks to reset it even when its non alcohol related. They should be paying us to market that pos machine..
