  I had a great experience at this jewelry store. They fixed my chain quickly and didn’t even charge me for it because it was such an easy fix, The staff was friendly, professional, and really helpful. It’s hard to find places with customer service like that anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing jewelry repairs or looking for a trustworthy jeweler

  Highly recommend Malak Jewelers, I specifically worked with Sam throughout the process and he did amazing. He was very communicative, answered any and all questions or concerns I may have had! I had them create a custom setting for an emerald cut diamond and they made sure I was 100% satisfied! I am happy I chose Malak jewelers and look forward to using them again soon!

  Destroyed a 22kt ring by falsely claiming they could resize it to make it larger. At first, the manager confirmed it wasn’t possible then the owner forced the team to go through with doing it. They ended up leaving multiple flat spots and took gold leaving a visible indent where metal was removed. Owner also claimed they added gold but forgot to mention that they removed more than they added. They took an hour longer than they agreed the job would take and then charged us anyway even after removing gold and not finishing the resizing which should have maintained weight. Also, the brushed texture of the ring wasn’t restored either. Avoid this place, reviews aren’t genuine because they try to pressure you into doing them even before the service is fulfilled. To the owner, something must be said about your judgement. Knowing the capabilities of your team is critical. This is not good business practice. I hope you realize this for the future. Although you offered to correct the resize, you have now lost multiple people’s trust, including the local jewelers that have to correct this.

Based in Charlotte, Malak Jewelers are highly regarding for providing an extensive selections of quality diamonds and custom jewelry to meet their customers jewelry needs. Vanessa and I were overwhelmed from start to finish. We will only purchase from Malak Jewelers going forward for companion jewelry and upgrades. Thank you Mr. Malak, Sam, and Melissa!
