- CHColin Hirsch4 days ago1.0I went to this store and bought a watch with my father who go his links removed on his watch. (He has owned it for many years.) my watch stopped working the day after I got it. I went back to replace the battery. 2 days later my father calls me and tells me the strap on his watch is broken. When we went back in and asked the employee about it, he was very defensive and claimed it was because the watch was old. Never coming back!

Each customer service person I interacted with was incredibly friendly. I was told it would take a week for everything to be done but received a text 4 days later that my ring was ready. The price was beyond reasonable and the results were fabulous. I highly recommend this jeweler and will be going back for regular maintenance of my ring.

They have beautiful pieces of jewelry all sorts of kinds and in a day where customer service is really hard to find it is so refreshing to find a place especially jewelry place who is so professional, but yet personable at the same time. I have purchased two pieces of jewelry and I am more than satisfied, but again Service Please, please check them out

Some of the rings were custom made and they are absolutely beautiful! During our first visit we worked with Sam and each visit after we were greeted by name and with such warmth.
