Malak Jewelers is a family owned jewelry store in Charlotte, NC specializing in diamond & gemstone jewelry.
We carry the most beautiful bridal jewelry brands and also specialize in creating custom pieces, so if you can imagine it, we can create it!
We have among the largest selections of diamond and gemstone fashion jewelry, as well as an expansive and diverse estate jewelry collection. We are also among the few jewelry stores in North Carolina who carry 22k and 24k gold jewelry from India. Our showroom is expansive and beautiful, with something special for every budget and taste.

They were recommended to me by a good friend and I asked ChatGBT to recommend a fair, trustworthy & reasonably affordable jeweler for appraisals. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was greeted by Melissa and she was amazing! While my items were being evaluated, Melissa showed me around. What a huge selection of absolutely stunning jewelry. I have always wanted a small tennis bracelet. She showed me a few and I decided on the perfect one. Exactly what I had envisioned. The appraiser was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any jewelry needs, Malak is the place!!

It was clear that this store treats people differently based on how they look rather than with the respect every customer deserves. The owner was incredibly rude, and the entire experience left a bad impression. Buying jewelry should be enjoyable, not uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend taking your business to one of the many other jewelry stores in the Ballantyne area like Ballantyne Jewelry.
