  Beautiful store, beautiful pieces, and a wonderful group of employees. Everyone there was super helpful. Hannah assisted me in buying a charm necklace and she helped me pick out some awesome charms for my girlfriend. Her assistance made the experience even better. Go check them out.

  My daughter and I visited the store today, April 25 for the first time. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Three sales associates that I could see were huddled together having a casual conversation. After browsing the store for about 5 minutes, no one bothered to ask if we needed assistance. I finally asked for a specific necklace and the salesperson sighed as if she was bothered. At this point I decided to leave I would rather spend my money with a retailer that was interested in providing service. I will definitely share my experience with others. Certainly, will not return.

  I had such a wonderful experience with the team at this store and can’t recommend them enough. They were incredibly kind and attentive in helping me find the perfect wedding band. What stood out most was how they went above and beyond—having my ring shipped from their headquarters and ensuring it arrived right on time. That level of care made all the difference. I’m so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service. They truly made this special moment even more meaningful!

  I absolutely love Gorjana thanks to Kessanni, McKenzie, and Mary. I’m in there all the time and they are always so attentive and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. They even know the type of jewelry I like and will text me when something new comes in that they know I’ll love. The customer service is incredible, and the quality of Gorjana’s fine jewelry is truly amazing and for fine jewelry It is priced well. I also have several of their fashion necklaces and they have never tarnished. It’s always such a great experience shopping there because of this team!
