  Tik tok overhyped this goodwill. It is nice and clean with some good deals. But traveling from Winston to charlotte was not worth the drive.

  Just moved here from Alabama and was excited to see a thrift store so close to my new place. I need a few things for my place so I had to check it out. Found two great lamps that just needed a little cleaning at a great price. One of the shades did not have a price on it and the gentleman immediately went back had it priced and brought it right back to me. He also was friendly and grabbed me a tape measure to measure a couple things because I was looking for a TV stand. The staff there is outstanding so polite and helpful. From the front to the back everything was organized and I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice all your employees are. I'll definitely be back!

  I shop at Goodwill‘s all over Charlotte and this evening I went into that store and I have seen a lot of people out of the streets in there doing all kinds of weird things begging for money but you know it’s Goodwill but tonight I was at the cash register and only one lady was at the register and so this woman got up next to me because she was frustrated that she wasn’t being attended and then her and her daughter were screaming at me when I told her to back off away from me it started a whole altercation in front of the manager, who should’ve told the lady to step back. I will be carrying maze and personal protection next time because the mgmt does nothing to control wild animals who cannot wait their turn.

  Pulled up to the donation center dock at 5:10pm on 4/12. Had some furniture and four large boxes of very lightly used kids clothes. They said they didn’t have room for the furniture and they were closing in an hour and a half, so they didn’t want to go through that many boxes of clothes. I asked them if they would at least take the kids clothes because they were like new and close a lot of families in need. They said they weren’t willing to take them and that I should just throw them in the trash. I was beside myself, trying to do a good thing and them not even willing to do the bare minimum.
