  Incredibly rude staff. I genuinely don’t understand how someone could be so miserable. When we were dropping off some donations, the employee never acknowledged us and just stood there hitting his vape. He did absolutely nothing to help us unload, just stood there, stared, and pointed. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have always donated to Goodwill and have never experienced anything like this.

  Terrible store. This store is a prime example of ~Greedwill~. “Wait in the line just like everyone else” said by one of the employees… to see the shoes? INSIDE the store? How wild is that. This is a donation store. I’m not a reseller like 90% of the people in there. Just wild how much greed this company has upcharged over the past few years. Furthermore, it’s pathetic to be treated like a reseller and not a customer trying to find something nice for myself.

  Just moved here from Alabama and was excited to see a thrift store so close to my new place. I need a few things for my place so I had to check it out. Found two great lamps that just needed a little cleaning at a great price. One of the shades did not have a price on it and the gentleman immediately went back had it priced and brought it right back to me. He also was friendly and grabbed me a tape measure to measure a couple things because I was looking for a TV stand. The staff there is outstanding so polite and helpful. From the front to the back everything was organized and I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice all your employees are. I'll definitely be back!
