- GPGabriela PerezFeb 10, 20261.0On Tuesday, February 10 at approximately 4:56 PM, my mother was shopping at this location and experienced an uncomfortable interaction at the register. While checking out, a young employee named Kamryn asked my mother, “Are you a citizen?” My mother was confused and asked her to repeat the question. The employee then asked the same question again. My mother calmly answered “yes.” After this, the employee appeared visibly frustrated and upset. No explanation was given, and my mother completed her purchase and left. This question was inappropriate and made my mother uncomfortable. Customers should not be questioned about their citizenship status while shopping. I am sharing this so management is aware and can address the situation appropriately.
