She is discriminating my grandmother and I will not take it. I have reached out to customer service and requested a call back asap to escalate my issue. She is loud and shows blatant disrespect to her employees and customers. My grandmother is a frequent shopper and spends good money at that store and we will not stand being disrespected/harassed. She does not follow the store policies and changes policies when it’s convenient for her. Reading all the reviews, Carla is mentioned way too many times and corporate needs to make a change.
