  We travel around and visiting Goodwill has become part of our vacations. This location is not bad. Visually, I love that they arrange things by colour. It's a nice touch. Unfortunately, they don't have change rooms so, it's purchase first, return for store credit if it doesn't fit. I feel the staff didn't do a good job explaining the return policy to me. I didn't know it was tied to that store. Since I don't live nearby, I ended up doing an exchange and spent a bit more, which is fine. I've never returned to any Goodwill in the past since they all had change rooms. I didn't experience what everyone is saying about the staff. I thought they were all very polite, helpful, and laid back. Selection was massive and store was consistently busy. Overall, positive experiences.

  I go to this store twice a month it is the best for purchasing everything the prices are perfect. I have purchased house hold items, clothes, rugs, furniture, movies, electrical items. TWO THUMBS UP..

  kayla who is the manager of the store is very rude and has a bad attitude when it comes to speaking to her own staff IN FRONT of customers and has a way of being very demeaning to customers as well. do not recommenddddd

  This Goodwill has terrible staff. My friend was looking at an item another customer was looking and she asked her if she wanted to take it, the lady said no she can grab it and after my friend took it, the woman went and complained to the manager named “Colleen” the customer lied saying my friend pulled her hair and pushed her in order to take the item from her (obviously a lie) and the manager went with the story accusing my friend of doing it and was screaming at her kicking her out of the store. All the other customers were just staring in shock by the way this “manager” Colleen was screaming at my friend. This is an unacceptable behavior for someone that’s giving a customer service, accusing them of an aggression that never happened. She went out of her way to say she saw in the cameras basically accusing her of assaulting that other costumer. This is not the first time this manager has had an issue with my friend and basically all the latinos that go to that store.
