  Inside of store is outdated. Some areas over crowded. More employees putting things out than operating the registers making a long wait to check out.

  Always fun browsing and I've found some unique things here. I like that clothes are color coded.

  Great Goodwill location! Lots of good clothes to choose from. I found a lot of high quality brand name clothes here. I found a few other hidden gems as far as pictures along with some utensils. 5 stars, highly recommend!

  PRICES! RIDICULOUS! They get FREE stuff from us then charge damn near NEW stuff prices. Will NOT shop there.

  I have enjoyed shopping with Goodwill for a long time. The location at Rivergate is usually my favorite the team there are so kind as well as Fortmill. Today I had to see someone at the hospital so I had a return and went to Pineville. Im not sure if Marcus is a manager but his attitude was terrible. I don't leave reviews but he is not a good representation of what Goodwill stands for. Its really unfortunate. I even ask him why he was speaking to me the way he was and that I was a regular shopper hes said it didn't matter. He seem confrontational so I actually told him I would have gone to another location but I shouldn't have had to say that. I get it its retail we all need to hit Kpis but not at the expense of customer service.
